This policy explains how Yurz Nutrition handles information collected through this website, purchases, customer support, reviews, and our optional text program, the Yurz Nutrition Text Club.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email, order details, support messages, reviews, and your mobile number if you request text updates. You can request text updates on our text signup page, in our homepage signup section, and in the optional text updates box on our contact and review forms; we use a mobile number from those forms for text messages only if you check the consent box. Payment and shipping information is collected during checkout by our payment provider. We do not collect or store full card numbers through our website forms.
We also process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as request identifiers and limited abuse-prevention records. Your browser stores cart contents locally so your bag remains available when you return.
How we use it
We use information to process and support orders, respond to refund and privacy requests, moderate reviews, document text-message consent, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use your mobile number for promotional messaging only with your separate consent. Sending a customer support request, submitting a review, or making a purchase does not by itself subscribe you to promotional texts.
Mobile information and text consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may provide limited information to service providers that help operate the program, such as messaging delivery providers, solely to perform those services on our behalf.
The Yurz Nutrition Text Club covers recurring product news, offers, and cart reminders, with up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. When you request to join, we keep a record of your mobile number, the consent wording shown, the date and time, the page and form you used, and your IP address and browser details, so we can show that you consented. We keep these records for as long as the program runs and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and carrier requirements.
Reply STOP to any program message to withdraw consent at any time, or reply HELP for help. After you opt out we keep a record of your opt-out so we honor it. See the SMS Terms for the full program rules.
Service providers and disclosures
We share information as needed with providers supporting website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, email delivery, messaging, and customer support. Submissions from our website forms are delivered to our team by email. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate privacy protections. We do not sell personal information.
Reviews
If you give permission to publish a review, your display name, rating, review text, product, and publication date may appear publicly. Your email address is not published. Reviews are moderated and are not automatically labeled as verified purchases.
Storage, retention, and choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order support, legal obligations, and consent records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
You can remove saved cart information by clearing browser storage. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices. Submit a privacy request; we may need to verify your identity before acting. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children and changes
The store and text program are intended for adults, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date.
