Give your Yurz ritual a try. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. No questions asked. Opened bottles are eligible.
Request a refund
- Open our contact form and choose “Return or refund.”
- Include your order number and the email address used for your purchase so we can locate it. You do not need to explain why the product was not right for you.
- We will confirm the refund and provide any return instructions. Please contact us before mailing a bottle back.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go to the original payment method. Once processed, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. We will not ask you to send full card numbers through a message or support form.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact us with your order information so we can help resolve the problem. For a damaged or incorrect product, keep the bottle and packaging until we have provided instructions.
