Effective November 8, 2026
Yurz Nutrition is a brand operated by Yurz Inc. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yurz Inc.
These terms govern your use of the Yurz Nutrition website and purchases made through it. Please review them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and, if applicable, SMS Terms.
Using the store
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or publish content that infringes another person’s rights.
Product information
Read and follow the directions, Supplement Facts, and cautions on your product label. Website descriptions, product images, and Journal articles do not replace your label or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Colors and packaging appearance can vary with screens and production.
Dietary supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The checkout displays shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the amount you will pay before payment. A saved cart does not reserve inventory. Orders remain subject to payment confirmation and availability. We may contact you about a material pricing or availability error and cancel and refund an order if it cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery options are shown at checkout. Contact us about damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Reviews and content
Reviews must reflect your own experience and must not contain private information, unlawful material, or misleading statements. By submitting a review with publication permission, you allow Yurz Nutrition to display it with your chosen display name. We may moderate spam, abusive, irrelevant, or unlawful material. A negative rating alone is not a reason to exclude a review.
Text messages
The Yurz Nutrition Text Club is an optional program of recurring, automated promotional text messages (product news, offers, and cart reminders) from Yurz Nutrition, with up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Participation is optional and is not required to buy anything. You join by completing one of our text signup forms, checking the consent box, and confirming your number by replying to our confirmation text.
Reply STOP to any program message to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also email support@yurz.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The separate SMS Terms govern the program, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile information.
Site availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for using products as directed.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. Terms applicable when you order govern that purchase unless a change is legally required. For questions, use our contact form or email support@yurz.com.
