Yurz Nutrition is a brand operated by Yurz Inc. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yurz Inc. These SMS Terms govern the Yurz Nutrition Text Club text messaging program (the “Program”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The program
Yurz Nutrition Text Club is an optional program of recurring, automated promotional text messages for adults in the United States. With your consent, messages may include Yurz product news, brand offers, and reminders about a cart you left behind. Messages are sent by or on behalf of Yurz Inc.
How to join
You can request enrollment on our text signup page, in the text signup section of our homepage, or in the optional text updates box at the end of our contact form and review form. To join, enter your mobile number, check the consent box, and confirm you are 18 or older. The boxes are never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can shop with us without joining.
Confirm your number. After you submit the form, we send one text asking you to confirm. Reply Y to complete enrollment. Until you confirm, you are not enrolled and you will not receive promotional messages. If you do not reply, we send nothing further.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with offers and your activity, and will not exceed 8 messages per month. We send the confirmation message and the replies to STOP and HELP in addition to the messages described above.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive, depending on your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details. We do not charge a fee for the Program.
Cancel anytime
Reply STOP to any Program message to cancel. You may also use the keywords END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming your cancellation, and no further promotional messages will be sent unless you sign up again. If you change or give up your mobile number, cancel from that number first, then sign up with the new one if you wish.

Eligibility and your number
You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Do not enter someone else’s number. The Program is available to U.S. mobile numbers on participating carriers. It is not an emergency or medical service.
Carriers
Carriers and wireless providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.
Your information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may provide limited information to service providers, such as messaging delivery providers, solely to deliver the Program on our behalf. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how the Program works, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept it; you can cancel at any time by replying STOP.
